1. We always endeavour to provide you with the best service we possibly can, but sometimes circumstances beyond our control may have an impact on the goods or services we offer.
2. We are certain that we will never knowingly provide poor service, substandard products, or recommend services or products from anyone else with whom we do not have complete faith.
3. We are proud of the products and services we offer, and hope our reputation will grow, as a result of this.
4. To purchase a product from us, asking us to transport a pet for you, or if your pet stays with us, you can pay by PAY PAL, or directly into our bank account. We will accept Cheques, but not for products or services arranged on line only.
4. If you purchase a product from us, or are not happy with a product, or service we provide then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do what ever we can to restore your faith in our Business, as we value your custom.
5. There are a number of other legal terms and conditions, that you will be asked to sign if we transport a pet for you or if a your pet stays with us. These are a legal requirements to safeguard you, your pet and us. - We are happy to forward a copy of them to you at your request
6. Any documentation we use, giving us personal details will be as a confidential document and not passed onto a 3rd party, without your express permission.
7. Copies of all doucmentation will kept by us in accordance with government guidelines
